- Explain professional (individual) and statutory (organisational - regulated) Duty of Candour;
- Recognise what is a “notifiable safety incident” - regulated requirement;
- Identify levels of harm and actions required;
- Describe the disclosure process for notifiable safety incidents;
- Describe what is good practice when completing Duty of Candour.
