Being able to resolve a conflict situation is important for us all, especially when working with people from diverse backgrounds. The new conflict resolution training will help you to manage a conflict situation with more confidence which will hopefully reduce the threat of someone being at risk of injury.

This training will look at practical skills and knowledge as outlined by Skills For Health Core Skills Objectives for NHS Conflict Resolution Training. In addition it will look at the Safewards Initiative, Lone Working and Dynamic Risk Assessment.
