NHSE TEL Support: Domestic Violence Basic Awareness Level 1
This e-learning module is designed to provide Level 1 training in accordance with the NICE guideline PH50 "Domestic violence and abuse: how health services, social care and the organisations they work with can respond effectively".
It covers a basic understanding of domestic violence and abuse (DVA), how to respond to a disclosure sensitively and in a way that ensures the person's safety, and how to direct to specialist services.
This is a restricted course for Trusts in Yorkshire and Humber and is provided by the YH elearning club.
