Covid-19 Simulation Scenarios

A set of three simulation scenarios, with imaging such as ECGs and X-RAYs attached. Useful for any COVID SIM practice.

Goals for each scenario are:

Scenario 1:  COVID-19 Cardiac Arrest 1

  • To prepare the ED for an OOH Cardiac Arrest during COVID-19 Pandemic
  • Decision making re ICU admission


Scenario 2: COVID-19 Cardiac Arrest 2

  • To prepare the ED/AN/ICU teams for an OOH Cardiac Arrest during COVID-19 Pandemic
  • To facilitate safe intubation and transfer to ICU


Scenario 3: COVID-19 ED AN ICM

  • To prepare the ED, AN & ICU teams for an unwell patient with suspected COVID-19.
  • To facilitate safe intubation and transfer to ICU
