NCH&C Registration Authority ID Checker Training

The ID Checker E-Learning is designed to give you an overview on how to Register a new staff member for a Smartcard, to complete a Name Change on the Care Identity Management in a face to face meeting and repair Smartcards that have expired.
Once the course has been completed and a pass grade of at least 60% has been achieved in the final assessment at the end of the course and you have submitted your e-lfh RA Policy Certificate to RA, we will then assign the ID Checker role to your Smartcard profile.
