This course explores the topic of motivation in the workplace and identifies ways to manage your relationships.It will examine how to manage relationships with stakeholders to help achieve an organisation's business aims and objectives.
This course will encourage you to use reflective thinking to learn from your own experiences and apply your knowledge to future experiences. Once completed, you will be able to relate what you have learnt to yours and others’ actions in the workplace.
The course is designed to help you understand more about yourself as a manager, understand others and be more effective in the way you lead in your organisation.
