Managing, motivating and leading teams
Certificate available: complete this course to be awarded a certificate
This course looks at what is meant by a team in the NHS and how the definition of the term may differ between clinicians, mangers, functions and organisations. We concentrate on how leaders can address dysfunction in teams and what the research into high performing teams suggests you need to do as the leader. We also examine different approaches to building teams.
