Treatment - cold snare polypectomy (CSP) Pathology report: Sessile serrated lesion without cytologic dysplasia of the descending colon (ICD-O code: 8213/0). No signs of SSL in resection margins (complete removal). Scope: Olympus CF-XZ1200I
