270 HoNOS 65+ and Mental Health Clustering Tool
HoNOS 65+ MHCT is required as part of a minimum data set for all Older Adult Mental Health Service Users. It benchmarks what care an individual service user is receiving based on their current symptomology and level of functioning. . The training is to ensure that staff have a common understanding of how to use the HoNOS 65+ Mental Health Clustering Tool correctly and to provide consistency in scoring HoNOS 65+ across the Trust.
