A 30-minute guided session with a multiple-choice assessment. This session will provide an introduction to the Dignity at Work Policy, the scope and definitions of Harassment, Bullying/Intimidation and Victimisation. It will cover the informal and formal stages of the policy and referral into the Disciplinary Policy if required. In addition it will explain the various support mechanisms and ways in which employees can raise issues and how these can be resolved.
