3.1 E-Patient Scenario 2B
The purpose of this e-patient scenario is to help you enhance your clinical reasoning. You will be presented with a clinical scenario based on a review patient seen in Orthoptics with symptoms of headaches, eye strain and blurred vision.You should work through this scenario in the order presented to formulate a diagnosis and management plan.
Learning Aims:
- Consider the presentation of a review adult patient and interpret the clinical findings from their last appointment
- Decide what further tests should be done to ensure a thorough investigation
- Consider how and why these tests would help you come to a diagnosis
- Based on your findings, formulate an appropriate management plan, considering all options available
