Understanding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
NICE recognises the importance of creating a culture in which talent, creativity and innovation can thrive and grow.
'We embrace diversity’ is one of our values and we aspire to bring this to life in everything we do. This means creating a workplace where everyone is treated fairly, and where we respect, value, and celebrate the diversity of our staff and the contributions of all of those we work with.
This e-learning module will help us achieve this aspiration by providing all staff with an introduction to equality, diversity and inclusion.
This module is mandatory for all new starters and will be repeated annually.
