Resilience and Wellbeing

Not yet rated

Resilience is a combination of personal characteristics and skills.

These skills are practical and can be learned and developed through appropriate training.
Resilience skills can be used to help us adapt our natural style and tendencies with a view to enabling us to maintain positive well being when facing adverse conditions.

These skills enable us to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change and maintain our performance; these skills are transferable and can be utilised outside our working environment.
