NHS England and NHS Improvement, Timewise and the NHS Staff Council have worked in partnership to create this guide to help line managers explore the opportunities of working more flexibly, lead flexible teams, and put structures and processes in place to deliver future-fit workplaces. It is designed to support organisational policieson flexible working.
