Workflow Optimisation - CVD
This document details the Pre-Discovery phase in the development of digital clinical blueprint materials for the CVD pathway.
Cancer, Cardiovascular disease and Maternity pathways were nationally prioritised to test out the approach to address the unmet need of driving the use of digital technology through a clinical pathway lens.
This phase has demonstrated the value of the approach with clinical stakeholders, localities and the supplier market. The next step is to inform the products needed for the NCLs to ‘own’ these blueprints and localities to be able to use these to make critical decisions on optimising their pathways and procuring digital capabilities.
