Workflow Optimisation is all about ""Changing the lens on digital transformation to be clinically and operationally led"".
We have develop clinical pathways for three nationally prioritised pathways (Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease and Maternity), identified a series of user challenges across each of these pathways, and identified associated digital capabilities that address these challenges and can improve these services.
To support with understanding and easy adoption of these pathway materials, we have developed thisWorkflow Optimisation playbook: an interactive, e-learning style module which walks you through the pathway materials, user challenges, digital solutions and associated benefits one pagers.
