Psychological Safety 2 – The importance of psychological safety
One of the most important factors in delivering safe and effective health care is Psychological Safety. Psychological Safety is created in workplaces where it is safe to speak up.
This is the second of three YouTube videos on psychological safety featuring Leadership expert Amy Edmondson. Amy explains that psychological safety is not the ‘goal’ but the means to the goal which is excellence, and that psychological safety must also be coupled with a commitment to excellence.
