Understanding Disability Infographic
This infographic can be used to assist organisations in taking actions on barriers that disabled staff may experience. It can be used to run an awareness campaign, can prompt staff to record their disability on ESR and have open conversations with their line manager to ensure reasonable adjustments can be made as required.
