Complication of excess weight (CEW) in children and young people
This is a foundation elearning course for multi professionals working with children and young people (CYP) living with obesity, and their families. At the completion of these modules participants will have gained a foundation level understanding of the importance of identification of childhood obesity, correct methods for taking measurements, the complications of living with overweight and obesity in childhood, prevalence data for the UK, the evidence base for interventions, and the importance of safeguarding.
