Allocating resources to address health inequalities
This course explores how allocations incorporate health inequality factors when set nationally, and how this translates to local places. We look at national formulae for integrated care board allocations and how the various determinants of health are reflected within them. We investigate how systems and joint planning, together with local knowledge, are central to addressing local issues.
