apprenticeship leads to obtain further information. Please also remember for potential apprentices, you MUST have your managers
support, so please start by having that career conversation. Apprenticeship are hands-on paid jobs allowing the employee to learn
valuable skills and obtain a qualification at the end of the course and vary between 1- 6 years.
