This learning package for SystmOne is designed to help you understand and use functionality relevant to the Community Services of the Northern Care Alliance.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- View caseloads
- Add a patient to a caseload
- Add a referral date column to the caseload screen
- Search for a patient in the caseload screen
- Use referral allocation to add a named clinician to a referral
- Search for allocations by staff member or team
