A report that explores racial equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives in the London pharmacy workforce. The data are based on a survey sent out to pharmacy organisations in all settings in London to provide a snapshot view.
This is a standalone report that culminates in some recommendations for improving EDI in the pharmacy workforce in London.
