This course aims to support healthcare practitioners in assessing symptoms of stomach cancer, recognising potential risk factors, and understanding which investigations are essential to support clinical decisions when referring for potential GI cancers. It follows Dave, a 59-year-old truck driver, who presents to his GP with indigestion and pain, and utilises interactive elements, knowledge checks, and discussions with specialists to facilitate learning.

On completion of this course you will:

  1. Recognise the symptoms of stomach cancer
  2. Understand the role of PPIs
