The Operating Department Practitioner: Educator Resource, has been created by stakeholders across a range of practice and education settings. The purpose of the resource is to support practice educators during the assessment period on placements. We have developed the ‘Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) Educator Resource’. The guidance has been devised to support practice educators during the assessment process and in generating evidence for the completion of proficiencies and assessment
