When you're out of work because of a mental health problem it's important you get good support. Too often employees are scared to tell their managers, and problems can spiral. Without intervention, those with serious mental health issues may never be able to find work. While this is a specialist area, all healthcare professionals can provide encouragement, signposting and positive help. This session guides you through issues such as employment rights, confidentiality and disclosure, while building your confidence to talk to patients about their mental health.

A transcript of the text in animations and a list of the resources for further information which are used in this session are available for download in Resources.
