This eLearning resource will help you to identify when you may need to take the step of having a sensitive conversation with a colleague at work.
The resource will explore why we sometimes find it difficult to have these conversations and also how to manage them effectively by providing you with useful tools to consider
We also provide an example of how a sensitive conversation can play out well by having prepared yourself beforehand.
