3.Increase awareness of the Trusts expectation of you as an employee in relation to your behaviour and attitude.

4.Recognise the importance of agreed shared behaviours and values

5.How to improve and embed the positive benefits created by civility

6.How to challenge and counter the negative aspects of “incivility” in the workplace
