AHP Educator Career Framework

The Allied Health Professions (AHPs) Educator Career Framework is an outcome-based framework that describes the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an effective teacher, learning facilitator, supervisor and role model in AHP education settings in England. This interactive guide brings together a description of the framework, a set of useful tools and links to additional supporting materials. This E-resource aims to give the uses the tools to navigate themselves through the framework and identity through self-reflection how they can demonstrate and develop on each domain. This resource is for the whole AHP community, including the support workforce, learners, clinicians and senior leaders. This resource has been co-produced by NHS England, University of Winchester, University of Southampton and Canterbury Christchurch University.
