  • have engaged in a process that focused on their own personal wellbeing.
  • have reflected on their covid experience.
  • Understand how panic, anxiety, and low mood can impact on individuals.
  • Become aware of how to self manage their own psychological stressors.
  • Be given the opportunity to express their emotions through creative and imaginative writing.
