CPD Session Recording - User Research: How to Give People What They Need 24 October 2024

Not yet rated

Have you ever created the 'perfect' course only to find that no one enrols? As developers, inventors, writers, presenters, and overall creators our role is to create something that will be used by others. But how do we make them want to use it?

Often, we assume, based on our own specialty, what the ‘perfect’ solution will be. The reality is, that if the learner is left out of the process, it is more likely that the solution will fail.

In this talk, Dr Sofia Kitromili, User Researcher at NHS England TEL, will explain the need to receive constructive feedback from learners and ways to make this happen.

The session will be recorded so that those who were unable to attend can benefit from the learning. TEL Network members can catch up on previously held CPD sessions on theRegional TEL Networks catalogue on the Learning Hub.
