CPD Session Recording: NHS Future Workforce Solution Information Session for TEL Network
NHS Business Services Authority have worked alongside NHS England Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) to design a tailored information session about theFuture NHS Workforce Solution for the TEL network. This session has been created in response to feedback and questions from the network.
NHS Business Services Authority is procuring and delivering the Future NHS Workforce Solution to over 1.8 million NHS colleagues across England and Wales, that will build upon the success of ESR. The future solution will enable your organisation to increase the digital skills of your workforce, which will provide them with more confidence to take ownership of their own data and embrace new ways of working. It will enable the transformation of people services nationally, from being transactionally focussed to having more time to focus on added value priorities that support our NHS people, supporting the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and HR and OD Report.
