At all levels throughout the Trust, it is essential we foster a culture of respect and civility. We must recognise the importance of addressing and challenging uncivil behaviours. By doing so, we contribute to a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.

This eLearning aims to help you to identify uncivil behaviour and give you the skills and confidence to address it, ensuring that we all play ourpart in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for everyone within Team Countess !
