Theory of Change Model - Intercultural Communication E-learning

Not yet rated

The Inclusive Training within Practice Project (ITP) has used the Universal Design for Learning Framework to develop e-learning packages to ensure that all learners can access and participate in meaningful challenging learning opportunities. The framework ensures learning design is accessible, inclusive and equitable. The ITP resources have been developed to address shared common challenges across education and healthcare with a multi-disciplinary multi-system approach, operating beyond institutional boundaries and with complexity.

Theory of Change (TOC) is a methodology for planning, monitoring, and evaluating an initiative. A TOC Logic Model is a visual representation of the change we want to see; it can clarify complex programmes and makes them easier to describe and therefore evaluate.

This TOC model is based on the Intercultural Communication e-learning course and offers clear direction of travel from inputs and activities to outputs, outcomes and impact.
