06 - Left Circumflex Artery

The left circumflex artery commonly originates from the left main coronary artery. After branching off, it curves around the left side of the heart along the atrioventricular groove (also known as the coronary sulcus) and supplies blood to the posterolateral portion of the left ventricle.
