Aims
Welcome to this programme of learning about reducing health inequalities in cancer care. We have developed this programme specifically for professionals who come into contact with patients at any point in their cancer care journey within the East of England.
Highlights of this programme are:
- Inspiring case studies from the East of England showcasing positive work in reducing health inequalities in cancer care
- Learning from the patient experience and regional case studies
- Plentiful resources from external organisations to support you to make a difference
