This is real SIHMDS case, comprising of morphology, immunophenotyping and genomics tests. The case builds as it goes, gathering diagnostic information as it did in real life. This case was first demonstrated on the SE-HMDS integrated diagnostic course, and has now been archived on the pathology portal.
