Designed specifically for policy makers, this session covers the importance of embedding restorative just culture throughout policy development. Policies underpin an organisations ethos, with that in mind, this resource supports policy and decision makers to embed the principles of restorative just culture and encourages a cultural shift from blame-centred to kind, fair and accountable.
