Why do we code data?
I understand that there are different types of health care data. Some that captures experiences, opinions, and attitudes. Other data that records numerical data such as age, dates, test results, and how they may be categorised or coded with onward use in mind
I can identify and describe the difference between structured and unstructured data collection and recording
.I understand the impact that poor quality and missing data has on patients and service delivery. I consider the ethical implications of missing data on my decision making.
