In this module we are going to look at how coaching can be applied as a means of developing specific areas of knowledge and skill to allow an individual to perform to the best of their abilities in their job role - particularly when experiencing times of change.
By the end of this module, you will be able to
- Understand how coaching can support staff through times of change
- Define workplace coaching and how it differs from other types of coaching
- Understand how workplace coaching will benefit the individual, the manager and the organisation
- Understand the process and benefits of three-way contracting.
