This module will introduce you to some guidelines for managing the impact of stress within your team. If you are suffering from stress yourself, the guidelines in this module are just as relevant.
Objectives
By the end of this module, you will be able to
- Recognise the symptoms and causes of stress
- Understand the impact of stress
- Identify and review the necessary skills for effective stress management
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organisation and of self in recognising workplace stress and in providing the necessary support
