How can senior leaders in healthcare engage staff in anti-racism training (Educators / Leaders)

This report aims to summarise strategies which healthcare leaders, within all sectors of healthcare, can adopt, to create a culture where racism is not tolerated and all employees engage, to develop the knowledge and skills needed for anti-racism actions. The report concludes with a list of recommended actions for new leaders and for those in senior positions who may be struggling to engage staff in this work.
