A 6 module programme to provide background insight into Shared haemodialysis care and the benefits to patients together with practical ways of implementing and supportive evidence for doing so.

To give nursing staff an introduction to the concept of Shared haemodialysis care and to provide a tool which will assess knowledge gained from completing the modules to support competency.

Designed for Nurses and Support Workers within a haemodialysis outpatient area.
