Booking Appointments for Outpatient Blood Tests in the Phlebotomy Clinic
In this eLearning module, you will learn how to book an appointment for outpatient blood tests in the Phlebotomy Clinic.
The Trust has introduced electronic ordering for all outpatient blood tests. Clinicians and nurses who wish to send a patient to any Phlebotomy Clinic must first create an amb order on MEDITECH and request the appropriate blood tests.
Please note that an active amb order MUST exist on MEDITECH before an appointment can be booked.
