This eLearning introduces problem-solving usingA3 Thinking. This simple way of thinking enables you to work through a problem in a structured scientific way to identify, test and apply the best actions to try to solve the root cause. A3 Thinking also sets you on the path to addressing your problems using a Plan,Do,Study andAct(PDSA) approach.
A3 Thinking promotes an evidence-based approach, ensuring proposals aren't based on assumptions. It's also a valuable, concise, visual tool for sharing team progress on improvements.
