The purpose of the skills scan is to help you reflect on and assess your current supervisory abilities in relation to the Advanced Practice Supervision Capability Framework. Before starting the eLearning, this self-assessment allows you to identify your own learning needs, whether you're new to supervision or have prior experience. By evaluating your strengths and areas for development, you can better tailor the training to suit your individual goals and make the most of the learning experience.
