Aims and Objectives
• For the fellow to develop a 5-year career development structure for qualified ACPs across Derbyshire which encompasses all four pillars of advanced practice.
• Plan in place to improve retention of Qualified staff and improve Job satisfaction
• Actively engages in QI/SIPs within scope of fellowship
• Develop showcase events to educate and engage ACPs across non-clinical pillars
• Integrate with Local HEIs to explore opportunities for career development
• Explore rotational opportunities across the ICS.
