This webinar is designed for:

  • Organisational and primary care training hub advancing practice leads
  • Service leads and managers who support trainee and qualified advanced practitioners in their learning environments
  • Supervisors of trainee and qualified advanced practitioners
  • Educational leads and those supporting the education and training of advanced practitioners in employing organisations

The webinar will cover the key aspects of how to create and support a quality learning environment for advanced practice, for both trainee and qualified APs:

  • Meeting the standards and requirements for learning environments – the expectations from NHSE/The South East Advancing Practice Faculty
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment for advancing practice trainees and qualified advanced practitioners
  • Effective way to encourage and respond to learner feedback – learning from your learners.
  • Understanding the quality learning environment from both the educator’s and the Higher Education Institute perspective
