357 e Core Medicines Management
The consequences of medicines management errors are severe, they can lead to health complications, extended hospital stays, and tragically, even loss of life. These mistakes not only affect patients but also have a profound impact on healthcare professionals.
This course is designed for healthcare professionals – including nurses, pharmacy staff, and doctors – who are involved in medication management at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH).
It's designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent medication errors, enhance patient safety, and improve medicines management across our healthcare system.
At the end of each chapter, you’ll find a short summary and an assessment. To pass, you’ll need to score at least 80% on each of the three assessments.
