Royal Pharmaceutical Society Workforce Wellbeing Survey
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and British Pharmaceutical Students' Association (BPSA) are running a workforce wellbeing survey in partnership with Pharmacist Support to gain a better understanding of the mental health, wellbeing and workplace expectations of trainees and early career pharmacists, as well as how they expect the workplace to provide an environment that supports their mental health and wellbeing.
By filling in this survey, trainee pharmacists can help the RPS to:
- Gain insight into current wellbeing and workplace conditions, experiences and expectations
- Identify barriers and enablers to career progression, leadership, and overall satisfaction
- Shape targeted wellbeing support resources, services, and advocacy efforts
- Continue to develop and expand the RPS workforce wellbeing programme
The survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Participation in the survey is voluntary and entirely at the discretion of the trainee pharmacist.
